Marhendro

Octavianus Marhendro is a Senior Associate at JSP Advocates. He obtained his Bachelor of Law degree in 2014 from the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University. He gained his advocate license from Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) since 2018 and specializes in property law. He started his career at one of the leading Strata Title property/developer company in DKI Jakarta. Marhendro has expertise in land acquisition, administering descriptions and deed of separation in apartment units, reviewing and drafting business contracts and Purchase and Sale Agreement (PPJB) of apartment units, handling land certificates, Function Feasibility Certificate (SLF), and Building Permits (SIMBG), and has good relationships with related local government and institutions.
