Stevenson

Jerry Stevenson is the Founder of JSP Advocates and a senior legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience, with a strong focus on dispute resolution and litigation. He regularly represents clients in complex commercial, corporate, and property-related disputes, from pre-litigation strategy through court proceedings.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Tarumanagara University, a Master of Business Law (M.H.) from Gadjah Mada University, and a Master of Notarial Law (M.Kn.) from Tarumanagara University.

Jerry is a licensed advocate and a member of PERADI, a registered Intellectual Property Consultant with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and a member of the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (HKPI).

In addition to his disputes practice, Jerry has substantial experience in corporate and real estate matters, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, land and building acquisitions, property licensing, and the resolution of land and commercial disputes across Indonesia. He advises clients from diverse industries, including banking, property development, hospitality, media, technology, manufacturing, and trading.
